Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. This policy explains when returns and refunds apply and how to get help quickly.

30-day return policy (non-perishables)

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-perishable items. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unopened, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When refunds apply

  • Out of stock / unavailable items: If we can’t supply an item you paid for, we’ll refund that item in full.
  • Damaged, faulty or wrong item: If something arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace or refund it in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Time windows (perishable vs non-perishable)

Perishable groceries

(fresh, chilled, frozen, ready-to-eat, dairy, breads, vegetables, food snacks)

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Non-perishables

(e.g., sealed spices, cookware, unopened packs that don’t require refrigeration)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, in original packaging and includes proof of purchase. Return approval is required.

Items we can’t take back

  • Opened or partially consumed food items (unless faulty).
  • Custom/special-order items, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards and items marked “final sale/clearance”.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us on WhatsApp or email immediately if an item is defective, damaged, spoiled or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (once approved). After we process that return, place a new order for the preferred item.

EU 14-day cooling-off (if applicable)

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please email us or message us on WhatsApp.
