  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.
  • You agree to provide valid and authorised payment details, kept up to date.
  • You authorise us to charge your payment method for all purchases, shipping and applicable taxes.

All content, logos, images, designs, trademarks and materials on the Services are owned by Spices N Curry or our licensors, protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute or exploit any material without prior written consent.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

Our Services are hosted by Shopify, but purchases are made directly with Spices N Curry. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. You release Shopify from claims related to your use of our store.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, outages, or government actions).
